Default Restrictions on Selling Accessories (magazines)

Are there any restrictions in Colorado for selling magazines and other accessories private-party?

    TIA

Unless it was something that was regulated under Denver's AWB, I can't think of anything.

Its happened before. I wouldn't have been surprised that are a former California tax bag. Welcome to the club. Everything that has to do with a gun except the receiver can be transferred. On AR's its the lower receiver. Handguns its the frame. But that is only if you are going thru a dealer. But barrels, trigger parts, stocks and magazines are go to go.

I could be wrong but I think the magazine limit in Denver is anything over 20 rounds. But I don't know for sure...don't really care, either. I'm also pretty sure it only applies to residents of Denver.

Only applies if you live in Denver and even then you can store them outside of the city limits. Just can't have them with the weapon at your residence.
