More evidence of global cooling
Came across an article about "strange jelly creatures" washing up on East Coast beaches. Of course, the article focused on these strange gelatinous blobs that aren't jellyfish but one statement caught my eye. It said these barrel-shaped creatures called "salps" typically decline when waters warm and increase when they cool. Not being sure I could trust this particular source, I did a search on salp population explosions and sure enough, found an academic paper basically saying the same: http://plankt.oxfordjournals.org/content/35/4/813.full.
Why does it matter? Just more evidence that the CAGW proponents are talking out of their nether regions. Their current "explanation" for the last decade and a half of cooling (not seen in their models) is that the ocean is soaking up the heat. Okaaaaaay.
