I hate to say it but at this point, I have no more sympathy for anyone who still resides in CA voluntarily. The state has gotten dumber and dumber over the past 30 years; the bad part is that it has taken the country with it.
I agree.
And then I realize someday someone might be saying that about us here in CO. We too are living under a limit and when Libtard policies fail, they demand even more, because dammit they have to be right.
What is to stop Rapsheet Rhonda from proposing a 10 round limit because she lost her little angel (who freely associated with gang bangers)? What is to stop Denver/Boulder from making anyone a felon who disobeys?
Exactly. California is our future, like it or not. Don't always count on LE not enforcing gun control laws they don't agree with. I imagine that will only last 5, maybe 10, years until a new crop of sheriffs take the reigns through out the state. Then enforcement and restrictions will become progressively stricter. Have an exit strategy for your currently grandfathered standard capacity mags. There's no guarantee they'll stay grandfathered. All gun control laws, no matter how small and stupid, are always a vital part of a long term strategy to take us to a legal magazine capacity of ZERO.
Beyond gun control laws, the watch phrase during the next 4 elections should be "No more Californias!". Openly ridicule anyone who votes for a California-style liberal. The Socialists are trying to brainwash the next generation into thinking EVERYONE agrees with them. I realize sober-minded individuals and Constitutionalists in Denver find themselves in a minority but they have got to fight back loudly and openly and point to California, its water crisis, and ongoing budget crises as a reason to vote against Rap Sheet Rhonda and her ilk.
How their mentality works, is beyond understanding. Especially since 1994, a 10 round mag limit has been the law in CA.

Yeah, they ban "hi-cap" magazines here in Idaho, too. Oh, wait... No, they don't! I can buy whatever I want.

Whew. I've been hoping that this would happen for a long time. Now all of those criminals and gang bangers will voluntarily turn in all of those illegal magazines to make us all so much safer. Or, NOT!
Idiots.

A common thread in mass shootings is also a crazy MF. Ban those assholes.
A common thread in all vehicular deaths is the size of the gas tank. How about those 24" spinners? Ban all those big fuckers too they scare me.
