I've got the CVA Optima II and the inline style is pretty fool proof. I didn't have a chance to shoot anything last year, but was confident that the rifle would have gotten the job done if I did my part. I don't have experience with any other brands, but picked the CVA for best price and decent reviews. I will say that the sights on the CVA seem a bit cheap, or at least the hardware does. The screw starts to deform before you can get it tight enough to not move.around. I looked into aftermarket sites and they are the same site, but minus the adjustment markings, but with hex screws instead of flathead screws. Good luck this year!
