Default Carly Fiornia's position on gun ownership

I don't vote based upon one issue, but she sure has caught my attention on this one. I know she is progun, but Wow. I'll be paying close attention to her in the months to come for sure.

She didn't revoke HPs "Gun free workplace" rules when she led the company. When she visited Colorado Springs as company president I stood next to one of her bodyguards...who was packing on company property.

Yet another "Guns for me but not for thee!" type.

YOU are the first responder. Police, fire and medical are SECOND responders.
When seconds count, the police are mere minutes away...
Gun registration is gun confiscation in slow motion.

I respect the second and I also respect the property rights of others.

She LED the company not OWNED the company, big difference. Kind of like Obama leads (bwwwwaaaaaahahaha, I know right, but I'm talking technically) the country, not owns it (again, bwaaaahaha).

^^^ THIS- it's not like the CEO can do whatever they want with a publicly traded company.

They would have a legal team that would "advise" the board that abolition is the lowest liability choice.

It's good to look at her history at HP, but I'm not going to jump to conclusions either way right now. The fact is that she did not make the final decision on a lot of things at HP and as 68Charger points out she would be limited by the legal team, as well as the board and likely the insurance co. that carried their general liability. In any case I will at least be listening closer to her now.

As an investor (not employee), I hated her. I thought she was all wrong as a pick for CEO and her policies really hurt the company at a time when HP had some serious opportunities. However, I'm impressed with her as a candidate. She has the right philosophies and toughness to fight against the Socialists and their Free Stuff Army.

I won't have any problem voting for her should she be the candidate. She's on my short list for my primary vote, too. Her stock just went up after watching that video.

We had a very good friend (HP employee) here in Fort Fun when she was in charge of HP. He didn't like what she was doing with HP. But, he still had a very good paying job with great benefits. I think he may have missed something there.
HP could have very easily been gone at that time. It's still here in town. I suppose he could have been more impressed with her if she had been in a beauty contest, or popularity contest. Unfortunately, that was not her position.

It seems as if she was chosen by Fox to be the winner, but she it more of the same. She has worked with the government on record keeping of internet activity. She is not in favor of giving up tool the government uses to watch everyone, just in case.
