Sad this happened.

However, perhaps every one of us can take something from someone else's misfortune. If one or two folks read about this, and this story flashes into their mind that one time they are handling their firearm and it just happens that time they are preoccupied or not as attentive as they normally are. And this snaps them back into reality, I am sure the victim in this story would be glad this misfortune touched somebody enough to save a life.
