That concept is not at all out of line for high demand specialty items. I knew a face painter that agreed to paint a dudes mouth as a vagina with the stipulation that it was going to be $50, all his friends stand in a circle around the artist while she did the painting, and there would be zero jackassery during the whole thing. A deal was struck and everyone went away happy.
