Ummm, single phase electric motors turn the same direction no matter which way you hook up the Hot & Neutral....... They should be pulling air in through the coils and fins, and out the top. The only way to reverse flow is to remove the motor & fan and mount it with the motor up.

Now, if it a 3 phase industrial unit, it is possible to reverse wire it...........
