    Default Early onset Parkinson's ?

Took the day off today and went up to Blu Core to sight in some iron sights and dial in a new scope.
irons went well at a 50 yard sight in, but once the scope was on and the target was out to 100 yards I could not for the life of me keep the reticle from jittering all over a 6" dial in target.
When I was younger, dialing in a scope at 100 yards was easy peesy. i am sure that the right handed only benches had a little to do with steadying the reticle but when I tried seeing my hits with a hand held spotting scope, you would have thought I had put a whole roll of quarters in a Vibra-Master on a cheap motel bed.
I could keep all shots within the 6" target, but there was no grouping to speak of, and I only got 5 shots out of twenty to resemble a grouping with no adjustments throughout the session.
I was using the bags there to rest the handguards on to steady the front of the rifle, but as mentioned, due to the righty only bench, I could not steady the stock on any thing but my left shoulder.
Guess I will have to try again somewhere else where I can go prone with bags to be sure if it is not me.

I should have made this a rant or at least a "Dear Diary" post.

Shot a friends .308 a week ago out to 300 yards. I was all over that target & couldn't get steady to save my life, even with a bipod & a bag.

Then I got to shoot another friends .338 Lapua at the same 300 yard target. Thing was heavy as shit, but that weight stabilized the barrel/scope and I was shooting right where I aimed.

Both rifles had exceptional glass, but I couldn't do squat with the lighter rifle. Maybe we're both getting old.

Ask at the desk next time, all of their rifle lane benches can be flipped over to turn into lefty benches.

If it makes you feel better, I woke up this morning and immediately felt like I needed to take a nap.
