I read an article where they interviewed a bunch of inmates and asked them what it'll be like for him in prison. Not as bad as one would hope/imagine, but still not pretty.

It's nowhere near what everyone seems to think it would be. More than likely he'll be paying "rent" and buying commissary for people.

Many folks are under the impression that the prison system throws sex offenders in with a bunch of hardened gang members and the like. No, he'll be incarcerated with like minded criminals, and he'll be much safer than what many would like to believe. Rather or not people like it, the job of the prison system is to keep everyone safe.
