Unfortunately I predict these evil murders WILL give the anti's more fuel than they've had in a long time. Every other time all they have to get fired up is a story...2nd hand from the police reports or BS rumors. Newspaper articles and media bias.

This time? They have live video, from multiple perspectives, one that shows the killer's gun front and center for everyone to see. Killed on camera for all eyes to see. This is going to touch off a fire storm and right before an election to boot.

I damn near was brought to tears today when I thought of people back at the station, loved ones....both the camera man and the reporter were in relationships with station employees, and how her "soon to be husband" watched that feed live.

For the rest of his life, the last thing he heard from his future wife, was her screams from being shot....and her death from that. Same thing for the station producer that was involved with the camera man.

It's one thing to lose a loved one....horrible and tragic. Quite the extra shitty factor involved when you watch it live on broadcast television. Not know for some time if they lived, and then finding out you DID watch them die? Fuck me. I feel absolutely horrible for everyone at that station.

Very sad and my heart goes out to the victims and their families. The anti-gun crowd will take this and run with it as far as they can. Firearms are the only inanimate object here in the U.S. that is blamed for the acts of evil people. The continuous, vigilant efforts of the anti-gun movement will continue to gain traction as long as they have tragedies like this to use fore their cause. We can stand firm on the fact which remains...no matter how much you try, you cannot legislate evil from the hearts of evil people. The anti-gun crowd will hold no regard to that however. We will continue to be labeled as the "crazy gun nuts" of the Conservatives / Tea Party. Lawmakers will do their damnedest to turn law-abiding citizens into criminals with the support of the Bloomberg, Gifford's, Feinstein, Clinton, Piers Morgan just to name a few. We will weather the storm as we always have and come out on top. We just have to dig our heels in and face the storm head-on.

I've drawn my line in the sand and I know I will continue to support and defend the Constitution until my last dying breath.

Predictable response from certain factions and we should not be surprised in the least. There are those that listen to them.

But there is also a much larger faction, both left, right and middle that realize that the gun is not the issue.
People are seeing through the rhetoric, PeBo's response was predictable and scripted. The fathers response is expected.

Gabby Giffords getting clipped couldn't change anything.
26 kids at Shady Hook couldn't change anything.

Thinking people realize that a firearm is not the issue and more people are thinking.

I don't doubt that there will be a bit of hue and cry in the short term and anti-gun opportunists will dance on these people's graves ... but frankly if the dead children at Sandy Hook didn't get us gun control, this certainly won't.

The media lost "one of their own". Yes, expect a full-court press for gun control from the media like we've never experienced before.

The problem with that is that it was also done by not only "one of their own" but also a member of #BlackLiesMatters and the gay-stapo.

The media will soon shut up about this because its more important not to harm their other pet causes.
