NSA et al didn't see the Boston bombing coming, they didn't see the church shooting coming, they didn't see the Roanoke shooting coming...Heck, I could go on all day, and you think they could see millions of guns and millions of tons of ammo? Seriously?

You reach a point where there is SO much information, that the total amount of "intelligence" available is so overwhelming, that you can't see a foot in front of yourself. And if you could, you wouldn't have the budget, or manpower to analyze it.
Trust me, they are preparing to use the EPA and other agencies to accomplish what the usual suspects can't. You will be "legislated" out of existence. Already happening, in case you don't follow the news.

Light a fire for a man, and he'll be warm for a day, light a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life...

Discussion is an exchange of intelligence. Argument is an exchange of
ignorance. Ever found a liberal that you can have a discussion with?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think what Kraven was trying to say is that there are a million different ways to EASILY find 95% of all legal gun owners.

Ever bought a gun from a store?
Ever bought ammo from a store with a debit/credit card?
Ever bought any gun-related things from a store with a credit/debit card or online?
Ever been to a gun-oriented sales website or blog?

These are all just a few of the ways you are being tracked and associated. Do criminals do any of the things listed above? Probably not. But when owning a gun or "gun paraphernalia" becomes a capital crime, the criminals can be easily found.

Ever receive anything gun related through the mail?

They're routing things through the mail all the time. You know they at least have the metadata.

Liberals never met a slippery slope they didn't grease.

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.

More to the point, I think a lot of people would hand stuff over instead of spending time in jail.

If things were still quiet, I would consider doing the same. I wouldn't ruin or end the lives of my wife and kids for nothing.

Fine. Move the Great Barrier Reef to a spot about 10 miles West of Nederland, the Whitsunday Islands about 30 miles North of me, and we'll talk.

    Deal?
