This hit the webs about 6 months ago. These are still very early in development and currently only designed for surgical type procedures. They are not yet close to working on severe arterial bleeding. That being said there are many groups working on the next gen of severe hemorrhage control, should be some cool Star Trek type stuff coming out in the the next several years.
