Hit it with Knoll or PB BLASTER. Use a soldering iron to apply heat to the screw directly. Get it hot enough it is smoking, use a good quality Allen bit for a 1/4" driver. Give the bit a good rap with a hammer before trying to break it loose, that shock value helps.
If the screw is wallowed out from the Allen try a Torx, they will usually bite in a wallowed Allen.
Could you recommend a good smith, if those options fail ?
