Just for the sake of armchair QB'ing, because it's the internet, I thought he had his gun way too close to the suspect. It looked like at one point he actually put the muzzle of his gun inside the truck. I didn't care for how he got the guy out and cuffed him with his left hand on the guy's back and in front of his own muzzle. That guy could've been a real handful...but he wasn't and it ended well. I think maybe there are some lessons to be learned, though.
