Default Is it ok to ship magazines out of colorado?

I was going through my "mystery gun parts bin" and found some magazines that I have had for years but don't have the rifles anymore. Is it OK to sell and ship them to someone out of state?

Read the law. It's very vague, in my opinion. Some will interpret ANY transfer as illegal, some will say free-state transfers are legit.
I'm no lawyer, so make your own choice.

If you want to PM me the list, I have cousins in several free states. 😎

You can do anything you like. How you go about it in public, or on line, is another story.

If a restricted item is leaving the state of Colorado, the recipient's state laws apply to the transaction.

Technically because the law is so vague and horribly worded, a non resident could be "legally" sold restricted magazines if he does not physically live in Colorado. The wording is another reason people are selling "repair parts kits" and gambling with interpretation.

Either way - you can send magazines out of the state as long as they are going to a legal state.
Nothing can come in, be manufactured, or transferred within the state to residents.

Probably. Unless they choose to interpret the law differently. Purple. George Washington. 42.7... I was told there'd be no math.

Let's hope they just get rid of the stupid law. Knee jerk reaction that did nothing to improve current issues in gun control - so dumb
