Anyone know where I can source a disk driver locally for an Xbox 360? The laser is getting stuck and burning disks on my sons.

If you really want something local you're stuck with craigslist or maybe some used game shops. Look around for broken/red ringged ones.
In November/December the Xbox One is getting backwards compatibility so I'd wager the used market is going to start seeing a lot of used 360's. That's a bit far away, though.
