    This was my red flag... apparently there's not enough panic from "climate change" itself, so they try to up the ante.... even if the risk is considered low by the general public, if you increase the penalty/punishment, then it gets more attention. (basically the opposite of lotto vs Powerball/Megacrap)

    Apparently the statistics class I took has had some impact on my though process...
