    We're working on having a modular built on 35 acres in Adams county. Out lender got us setup for a USDA rural development loan. Zero down, no PMI. She's been good to deal with. I can get her info later.

    That would be awesome, I think it's just outside of the USDA zone but I'm not 100% sure. It is right on the border
