    if only it was illegal to shoot somebody over a parking space... then we wouldn't need additional gun control to punish millions who didn't do something wrong that day...

    Sounds like the argument/fight was about parking somehow, but who knows what the shooting was about. Could have been something different.

    A 38 year old was "practicing parking" at around 8:45 in the evening with her husband?
    SUV pulls up and starts argument over handicapped parking?
    Husband gets out, goes behind a tree and starts shooting at the SUV?
