It will be interesting to see if OPM can even find me for the clearance I had.

Sounds suspiciously like the EPA's mode of operations in Colorado recently...

Mrs. HB and I both got them as well. Really instills trust in your government, right?

A little under ten years ago when I received my first tax payer funded credit monitoring for some bungled effort by a government agency at protecting my personally identifiable information. I recall joking about how I will probably be covered for the rest of my career based on my knowledge of how much data various agencies are maintaining and how affective these agencies are at safeguarding that data. So far, they have not let me down. I believe I am about seven years or so into my tax payer funded credit monitoring.

If Eve hadn't gotten us kicked out of the Garden of Eden, the EPA would have.

The EPA protects the environment like the Department of Education teaches people. I would mention the Secret Service, but that would ruin the secret part. Has anyone ever seen what comes from all of the labor done by the employees in the Department of Labor?

Just assume that if it comes from legislation, that the words used do not mean anything even close to what most people understand to be the definition of those words. Example - common sense gun laws.

Got my notification as well. Curious if my wife will get one also, since she was in my background packet.

Mine came a month ago or so. Just waiting on the wife to get hers. The sad thing is this is catching many from long ago and far away. Mine expired in 2001. You would think some things needed to be archived and purged.
