I only play about $5-10/week but its fun and gives me a chance to win a good chunk of change each week.

Also, we can set up our own contest if we get enough people. We can do a $2 buy-in and winner take all each week.

Surely you jest. The lawyers have said it is a game of skill, therefore legal.

Don't waste your time. The million dollar winners have already come out and done interviews, revealing things like custom-made software and algorithms that will detect the top choice players and compare them against stats and opponent trends. Moreover, they play full-time.

As a person with a full-time job who isn't a software engineer, the best you can hope for is winning the odd $20 off your $2 buy in. Nevermind that it took you nine weeks to finally win one.

I work with a guy that's won a few grand playing. That said, I'd much rather play in my yearly redraft and dynasty leagues.

An employee from one of the sites admitted that he and other employees were using insider information before placing their own bets. I'm guessing their insider info has to do with which games will have the best odds for a large payout.

Yeah, I just started hearing about that. It will be interesting to see how that plays out.
