Default Well Hell, now what? More executive action.

No details on what the pen & phone are going to do other than go around our elected representatives. Obama hates enforcing the laws but sure loves making them.
Hopefully this won't be too painful.

Does anyone know how many of the 23 Obummer signed in January 2013 actually resulted in anything happening that restricted gun rights or changed any laws? They looked more like ideas with no real actions. Some really just said enforce the gun laws on the books, but that did not occur.

I am just wondering if the 23 prior EOs had any substance at all.

Obama seems reluctant to accept the fact that we have this checks and balances thing going in our country. The executive branch enforces the laws, whereas the legislative creates laws. Obama needs to be reminded of this, as it's quite obvious that he didn't pass basic middle school civics.

Obama taught Constitutional Law. This has nothing to do with education, but everything to do with his willingness to enforce all of our laws. He is selective as to which laws are enforced, ignored, or bypassed by executive fiat.

Laws and processes are moot when discussing the safety of the children.

The safety of the children is the primary reason we need to be able to keep and pass along our guns. Most of the children I'm talking about have not been born yet. We can only imagine what the future dictatorial democrat leaders will continue to do to this country in the future.
