    Default Anyone have a house appraiser in the Springs they like?

    My wife and I are looking at buying my brothers neighbors house in a private party non-realtor sale. The place is rough, original 1970 everything, but it's on good land and we like fixing places up so we want to see if we can make it work. The guy living there wants to sell, although it was his parents house and part of their estate and he has siblings who want to overhaul the joint and sell through a realtor, we want to just make a cash offer and fix it up the way we want and save the realtor fees. So, does anyone here know a good appraisal guy? Or is anyone here one?
