Excpected outcome. Rules don't apply to the ruling class.

I think it's worse than that. The "rules" (which are no longer the written law) are used as a weapon by the ruling class.

I see it the same way as the recent Obamacare subsidy decision by the Supreme Court... The word "state" doesn't mean state. It had to be changed so Liberals could break the law to win.

The Obama DoJ found no evidence against Obama Treasury (IRS) because Liberals had to break the law to win.

The only thing that shocks me is people still vote for Dems thinking they someday won't be on the menu. If there are no objective laws, then there is nothing to protect anyone.

It remains unclear how the IRS used the Stingray devices. A spokesman for the agency did not respond to a request for comment.

These are the people who deny FOIA requests, lie under oath, and destroy evidence DURING an investigation. I'm sure they were only using these extra-Constitutional resources to investigate tax cheats.
