My cousins a licensed plumber makes a crap ton, works a lot though. Only bad thing people like me call all the time for help, for instance I bought a new water heater 2 weeks ago that he installed.

Doing the initial inspections and estimate writing is great. It's all the extra work for no extra pay and follow-up that kills it for me. I'd take being elbow deep in feces every single day for twice the pay and none of the follow-up paper work BS.

It was my first wife and having to give her a house, no wait, it was the second wife and giving her the house and the cars or maybe it's the third....never mind. I'm pretty sure I'll never have my current house paid for before I retire. I'm glad I have had a good 37 years in engineering and that was in large part as a result of someone my first wife knew. I actually don't mind having been married three times, but two divorces can kill you.

I think my biggest regret is having recently sold my Python that I bought new in 1978.

Moral of the story, go ahead a get married you can always get rid of a wife, but never ever sell a gun.

As a fellow insurance adjuster, I couldn't agree with you more.

    That can probably be arranged...

Or at least get you a new title: "elbow deep in poop"
