Dropping the insurance on my 2005 GTO to liability three days before I was supposed to go on a deployment. Deployment got cancelled and I forgot to bump it back up. Wrecked it two weeks later while taking my ex to the movies on a date night.

    Also, my ex.

Sometimes people trip and fall down stairs.
Sometimes assholes push people down stairs.
That doesn't mean "stairs are bad" nor does it make someone who pushes someone down the stairs any less of an asshole.

Crossed a mountain chain in Italy on a chopper in the middle of a white-out blizzard.
I ended up following the emergency lights of an 18 wheeler all the way (could not see the highway at all), while a second 18 wheeler placed itself behind me protecting me from incoming traffic (whoever he his I owe that guy a few beers, and then some...).
Then there were this other time...never mind

This was the most awesome post I had ever read in my entire life until I realized you meant a motorcycle and not a helicopter.

Yeah, not sure that seeing the highway is entirely necessary from an helicopter...

It might be through a mountain pass.
