I vote every county except Denver county ignore the BGC and mag laws.

They deserve to continue to have their rights violated.

What they say publicly and privately can be 2 different things. It also depends on the politics of the city / county , giving one a better perspective who does and doesn't follow the law.

While I applaud what the voters did I'd hate to be in that sheriff's shoes. Sounds to me like he's gonna find himself in a no-win situation.

He's already in a no-win situation. As are many CLEOs here.
