You can't edit efile. You have to submit a new one and pay a new fee. The first fee will be refunded in an obscene amount of time (think mine was 4-6 weeks).

On top of that, my second was rejected due to duplicate submission. A call to the ATF got them to correct and flip it to approved rather than declined, but a headache.

Triple and quadruple check your eForms ladies and gents. It's a pain if you submit something wrong.

    ALL LAWFUL PURPOSES.

Contact them and see if you can amend it. OR have to refile.

Call and ask them. I have had luck with their "talk to an expert" link they have on the efile system as well. You should not have to resubmit all over again.

That's great news. I tried when eForms were new, and they told me no luck... had to resubmit.

The talk go an expert link was way worse for me than calling. Hope it's better now.

Mine was rejected for selecting .300AAC from the drop down list. They didnt, at the time, allow calibers starting with a dot or with letters in it. So 300 was the answer I needed to provide. I complained that I selected an option from THEIR drop down. Didn't help. They told me to pound sand and file again.

Someone different replied when I recently went through the same thing. I had to resubmit but was approved in 3 days. They also gave my initial money back faster than promised.
