I've heard that HRC has confirmed that this is not a terrorist attack, this was an out of control angry mob that was protesting about a youtube video released several years ago where a Koran was burned.

It was the same thing Obama said during the interview with Steve Croft. This after Croft called him on the ISIS state / terrorism. Instead of answering the question he said (loosely quoted) Well you know, Climate change is a big threat and i'm doing something about it.
