Osweiler has a 3.5 million dollar contract to do exactly what he did, step in and win games if Manning gets hurt, nothing more nothing less.

I'm not sure anyone can stop the Panthers right now, but it would be nice to see the Broncos win...with Manning announcing his retirement at the trophy presentation.

Not bitching, I'm super happy. I want manning and the Broncos to win the super bowl with great defense, retire, and spend mannings money on offensive linemen. Keep the offense minus #88 and move on to another super bowl.

Not a football fan or any sport. Our daughter the football odds maker, says................................... The game is already rigged, the fix is in. This is Mannings swan song. So the Broncos will barely scrap by with a win in SB 50, or what ever year it's called.
We watched the last 5 minutes, based on the 2pt win, anything is possible come Kick Off, time in 2 weeks.

This really feels like the script has flipped from the debacle two years ago. A prolific offense with a good D going up against a beast of a D and an OK offense.

Wade Phillips' best bet is to put a spy on Cam Newton that acts as a heat seeking missile every play. Switch it up, some plays it can be Miller, others, Ward, but they better have a guy that accounts for him on every play. The more they can hit him the better. Just rushing 3 or 4 every play is going to lead to Newton getting loose waaay too often. They need to keep him in the pocket and blow him up.

As for the Broncos offense, run the ball more on 1st and 2nd down and stay away from 2nd/3rd long.

Exactly, they need to keep him in the pocket and close it in on him without giving up any lanes like they did against Roethlisberger.
