I like Kubiak, but I don't see him as a great head coach. I hope they get someone great.
I agree, I like the guy because he knows the game. Hopefully he sticks around at some capacity. I believe one of Kubiak's biggest flaw as a head coach is his forgiving nature, when he believes in a player it seems he'll give them chance after chance no matter how bad they shit the bed. One of the biggest strong suits NE has is the perfection Belichick demands, you're going to Kraft's kill room when something don't look right, doesn't matter if you're a Welker, Wilfork, Aqib, Derby, etc.
