Was the vehicle search done with consent or with a warrant?

    • Expansion of the surveillance state (which is already huge).
    • Ending interstate transport without proper papers and/or permission (RealID has already forced some Americans to have to get passports for domestic flights).

The list of what these people want to take from us is ungodly long.

But hey, I say bring it bitches! Because nothing causes Democrats to become unemployed and replaced by Republicans faster than pushing gun control.
The list is ultimately our very lives and that is demonstrated by the importation of terrorists. The challenge they have is how to maintain support and use this manufactured crisis which is directly tied to their policy.

The feedback loop on this one is too fast, if not immediate.

And where are the imaginary force fields that protect Liberals from this monster? If something happens, are they hitting Weld County or downtown Denver? So who gets culturally enriched are the people who already drink that Koolaid. Not a good change agent.

I think they are making a massive miscalculation with this. I could be wrong, time will tell.

The bill — called the American Security Against Foreign Enemies Act of 2015, or the American SAFE Act of 2015 — would require the secretary of Homeland Security, the head of the FBI and the director of national intelligence to sign off on every individual refugee from Iraq and Syria, affirming he or she is not a threat.
Looks like they'll have some people to hold accountable if any of these refugees cause a ruckus.

While I think it is a good thing and I wish it was a full on ban on the refugees, we all know accountability is bullshit with the high and mighty politicians as seen from fast and furious and Bengazi just to name a couple more recent ones.

Sign off hell. They should have to let the refugees live next to them. House them in Chicago next to Rahm Emanuel, LA next to Nancy Pelosi, Northwest DC near Embassy Row, etc.

    More details...

    http://thehill.com/homenews/house/26...yrian-refugees

In a 289-137 vote, the House on Thursday easily approved legislation that requires new screening requirements on refugees from Syria and Iraq before they can enter the United States.ADVERTISEMENT

Forty-seven Democrats defied President Obama’s veto threat and backed the bill — enough to override a presidential veto given the six Democrats and two Republicans who missed the vote.
The 47 Democrats who voted against the bill ranged from centrist Blue Dogs, vulnerable lawmakers in tough reelection races and even one member of leadership: Rep. Steve Israel (D-N.Y.), who heads House Democrats' communications efforts.
The 47 illustrate what I've been trying to say... They can't spin their way out what happens or blame guns and even Dems know this.

When asked about the prospect of Obama vetoing the legislation, Reid said, “Don’t worry, it won’t get passed. Next question?”
That's the kind of suicidal loyalty Obama expects.

He must have taken a bigger hit to the head than we thought with that "treadmill accident" and thinks he's still in charge of the Senate.

Wow ... looks like Hickenlooper grew a pair, at least with respect to GITMO prisoners:

    http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/...posing-transf/

Gov. John Hickenlooper now says that he will support the wishes of Fremont County residents living near the two prisons under consideration by the Defense Department if Mr. Obama follows through with his plan to close the U.S. Naval Station in Cuba.
Mr. Hickenlooper gave himself some wiggle room by saying he would support the will of the community, but also said that he doubts that the Obama administration will press the issue.
Now ... let's see how he rationalizes the difference between GITMO detainees being relocated and unvetted Middle Eastern fighting age males being relocated to Colorado ...

Cops don't need a warrant to search a car on a public road, they only need probable cause. Carroll v. United States, 267 U.S. 132 (1925.)
