Yes, but until 2014, Islam had no caliph. With a caliph, their rules change and according to the Koran, so should their actions. With a caliph and territory, the rules have been significantly changed and American leadership does not appear to understand it.

I read that article at the beginning of the week, on a another forum, and forwarded it on. It's a great read, and we should be focused on the strategy described by the author.

Isis isn't the only terrorist organization that we need to worry about.
