San Bernadino Mass Shooting Reported

The half staff order is actually an executive order (POTUS). The first sentence reads "As a mark of respect for the victims of gun violence perpetrated on December 2, 2015, in San Bernardino, California, by the authority vested in me as President...." blah blah blah. (through to December 7, 2015)


Had the pipe bombs gone off, would old big ears of mandated that the flags been flown at half mast as a result of pipe violence?
I'm guessing that would have sounded as stupid to him as gun violence sounds to the rest of the world when it was an act of terrorism.
