motorcycle/insurance update

I realized I hadn't updated so for those interested here we go: The insurance company overnighted me a two-party check made out correctly (I shredded the other one) which I received on the 24th of Nov. Since the shop knew the payment was approved they pushed the parts order the prior week. I took the check in on the 25th.

Monday of this week I get a call that the bike is done!! Unfortunately I had a frozen tundra outside my home (street takes forever to melt). No prob they said, they'd deliver (no charge) and have an enclosed trailer they do it with, woohoo. I stopped in Wednesday morning to inspect the work (looks brand new again even thought it's a '14), paid my deductible and Thursday morning right as promised it showed up at my door.

Tundra cleared by today enough to safely exit the garage. Got out this afternoon for a short hop-felt goooood lol.
