Eotech getting sued?

I got a postcard last week with info about joining the class-action suit.
Tossed it in the trash.

I got one of those as well, I think I still have it, but what's the point in joining in if I already got my money back?

read the fine print, if you got a refund, you can't join the class action lawsuit... or if you take the offer of the vouchers/cash that they're offering- it's in exchange for giving up your right to sue.

Never had an issue with any of my EOTechs--I love them but I've registered them within the lawsuit. If I read the fine print correctly, Instead of sending them back for a full refund, I get to keep my optics and get an EOTech credit for each optic registered. I will be happy to purchase another EOTech product in the future as i don't rely on my optics for duty or self defense. Win win situation for my range toys.

Mailed my 3 Eotechs in January after getting an RA. Haven't heard a word. UPS charged me $50 to ship the small box- insurance for $1600 hosed me. Tracked the package and they have had it since late January. Guess I didn't need optics or my $1600.
