    Yeah, I am definitely going to call tomorrow . . . I just got the check late this afternoon and was too late to call. We'll see what they say about it and how they want to handle it. Just hope it doesn't open the door to them messing up the other direction and taking forever to cut a new check for the correct amount.

    Makes you wonder how many others they did that to. My SN was one of the numbers listed, but I only had that one return. You wonder if they left one off someone else's or if they refunded one of them twice on 2 different refunds . . . or more.

    Called EOTech customer service line referenced on the check to let them know about the overpayment. They said they needed to forward the information on to a different person who could work with me on it and that they'd call me back . . . but it might take a day or three. So now we wait--again.

    I just got the $615 check for my EXPS3 today. Finally, I can pick out a new site and move on.

    I'm still on the fence about sending mine in... It's an EXPS2-0 that I bought from a member here- manufactured in 2015, so I only have the extreme temp loss of zero issue... I paid significantly less than MSRP...

    Still hadn't heard back from EOTech on the overpayment . . . so I called back. They said they would have someone call me back today. Suuuuuurrrrrrre. We'll see. They sent about $600 more than I requested after apparently tacking on some random extra HWS to my refund.

    I traded a handgun for my XPS and sent it in. Got $514 back. Similar build of 2015. Knowing the information at hand, I probably wouldn't have accepted the trade back then. That's how I looked at it.

    I sent my "request for refund" last night, if and when they approve it I will send mine in. Mine was made in Feb of 2014.
    If it was not for a duty rifle I may have just kept it....
