Alright. I sent my refund request on Wednesday, and have not heard back from EOTech. How long has it taken you guys to get responses?
I don't make the rules. I just think them up and write them down.
Emailed them 1/18, nothing in email, even spam folder.
My e-mailed first request to EOTech 12-12-15
Response e-mail, approved for refund from EOTech 12-14-15
Mailed the site back to EOTech 12-29-15
Response e-mail from EOTech, they are processing 1-15-16
Nothing since.

This was shot show week, I think a large portion on the industry might be taking it easy now until next week.
Got my authorization 1/21. It took seven working days to get.
Have not sent mine back yet. No one has yet to get a refund, not sure what is going on.

Neither have the people that have sent theirs in for a refund... yet.
