Seems like no refund for magnifiers. This is from the refund site.

Note: Refund Requests will be considered for HWS, HHS, and MPO products only. Individual Magnifiers, MRDS, and Aftermarket Accessories are not eligible for a refund.

I've given up on waiting. It's whatever now. Never gotten my initial email reply. Been 1.5 months.

Submit again. I received an email reply within a few hours. I had the incorrect MSRP for the refund since myunit was older. Submitted again with the MSRP they told me to use and again got a reply within a few hours.
