Eotech getting sued?

I'll let you know how it goes. Shipped mine out today, with tracking and signature required. I have the original receipt from 2015 purchase. I did NOT send the receipt with the package. I figured I can always scan it and email if they need it.

Thanks for the description of failure you provided, as well as being the guinea pig! Either way, if they came out with an effective sight that didn't have these issues, I'd still be interested in trading mine in. Why not?

LOL! Yeah, I'm hoping they dont pull a d-bag move. That being said, I was already looking at Aimpoints due to weight savings even though I enjoy the Eotech reticle/FOV more. Being a 2015 purchase with receipt, I assume I'll have ZERO issues if they aren't scamming on this. Larry Vickers did post this up on his FB page to encourage people to get refunds so you'd hope he wouldn't be peddling a bogus deal.
