Eotech getting sued?

I 'think' if you bought it as a combined set, you can get full reimbursement for both items. I say this because I recall reading it in their terms and conditions that you would need to send in both units to get the full refund.

From the refund page. I guess if it was a set you might be able to get a refund for a magnifier.

Note: Refund Requests will be considered for HWS, HHS, and MPO products only. Individual Magnifiers, MRDS, and Aftermarket Accessories are not eligible for a refund.

Cool. I sent mine in on the 23rd. So logic would follow that I might see mine by the end of the week or early next. One can hope.

I also sent mine signature required so I was able to confirm delivery.

If newracer sent it in the 19th and just got an email saying 3-4 weeks, that means 3-4 weeks from the date of email received. Looking to be 4 weeks it seems like, got an email on the 16th of March saying i'll get my check in 3-4 weeks, hoping tomorrow.

Just got my refund check for took about 8 weeks called last week said it would be sent fri got it on mon.

Sent mine in on 02-24-16 and got my Refund Yesterday 04-19-2016. Ordered Amipoint PRO today.

Had previously thought that I would replace it with a Trijicon MRO but.........

I shot a range rental Sig P320c last week and now it might be going toward a new pistol purchase.
