Eotech getting sued?

Mailed my 3 Eotechs in January after getting an RA. Haven't heard a word. UPS charged me $50 to ship the small box- insurance for $1600 hosed me. Tracked the package and they have had it since late January. Guess I didn't need optics or my $1600.

You should shoot them an email or a call.

Going to check mailbox now. I never did get a email confirming they received my package. And I sent mine just a few days after you.

I finally got an email myself, but it was way after they got it, but a couple weeks ago. Yeah, in about 3 more short months, things are going to be pretty good for the dude!!!

Sent in a broken-beyond-repair unit in April and got a refund yesterday. No questions asked. Glad I didn't just throw it away.
