Thank you. I'm guessing you just saved me about 10 minutes.

Awesome! That's what a Star Wars movie used to be...and should be. Buh-bye, Lucas. You jackass.

I was at the AMC 24 in Highlands Ranch. They had a sign posting that costumes were OK, but there should be no blasters or things that appear to be guns. Lightsabers are OK, but turn them off for the movie.

There are no metal detectors, so I was carrying.

Yup, it was good. First movie I've gone to see in at least eight years and was worth the price of admission.

We went to the AMC 24 in the Ranch. Douglas County deputies were there in the lobby and walking through the theatres before and after to check the doors. Common sense stuff.

A lot of the kids (and some adults) were really into it with costumes. There were about 20-30 people in the theatre (we didn't do IMAX/3D) which was nice because we pretty much had our pick of seats since we got there a little early.

Everyone should go, or the terrorists win!

    POTENTIALLY SPOILER-ISH

I'm not a big Star Wars fan but I'll wait for this to hit Redbox. It's bad when a couple of my buddies who are big Star Wars fans basically told me just to save my money by watching A New Hope and imagining that Luke had boobs. They've all said it's just a carbon copy of a movie from a plot, character and dialog standpoint.

I've never really seen the movies, except for the ones with Jar-Jar. I'm going to see if I can find the originals on the Roku this weekend. It's been my experience that when a lot of people really like something, there is usually a reason. So I'd like to check it out.

I'm sorry that you've seen the newer ones without seeing the originals. You never knew what you were missing...

I went with my son this morning to a private showing through work...leather reclinable seats and seat trays; it was really nice to avoid the crowds. I like the movie and it was well done. There is something I don't like about it but I can't post that yet as it might give away the general plot of the show.

I tried to refrain from saying I watched this movie in 1977; you might want to put spoiler on this.
