Go watch some old Bob Ross videos, the PBS painter guy with the Bozo hair.

No kidding. It's difficult to be stressed out with him painting and speaking softly. Another old PBS guy that I found relaxing was Justin Wilson. He reminded me of my mom's dad.

I'm not a fan of the mouth sounds. I have people from another continent sitting in the cubicles next to me and they chew their food with their mouths open. I have to grab my noise cancelling headphones right away.

I stumbled across the "ASMR" videos on youtube while looking for videos to help me fall asleep after night shift.

It's all a little weird and a lot of them are role plays, which makes it all seem a little shady to admit to watching them. I can't stand the mouth sounds like the posted video but there is something relaxing about it.

I'm going to put on a hoodie and make a video like this and see if I can get over a quarter million views. It will be me softly belching, scratching myself (both on cotton and denim), racking the slide on various pistols, cleaning barrels, crushing beer cans, texting, yawning, etc.



I think it will be a real hit with the ladies.
