    That's what I had heard, but didn't want to post up conflicting info. I think the fault for this incident lies on more than just the RO, but I also don't want to quarterback this situation. Everyone that day got an important lesson and fortunately, at a very steep discount since no one was hurt.

    This type of failure only happens when many shooters on the squad become complacent. Range safety is EVERYONES responsibility. Think about that the next time you are at a match and you feel it's more important to chew the fat with your buddies while waiting for your turn to shoot.
