Default It's been fun North metro crew...

On a side note, if you guys know anyone in that area needing a sitter during the day, my wife would like to keep our boys socializing, and is thinking about picking up a child or two for a reasonable cost.

I'll be going from 25 miles one way to 6 miles one way, and she'll only be driving as needed, along with our rent going down by $200 a month.

We will be off of Federal between Bowles and Belleview, so right by the Platte and downtown Littleton. I know the area can be sketchy (Essex motel), but it can't be much worse than 104th and Washington. I know the area has a lot going for it, so I'm excited about that, but definitely not looking forward to the actual moving part. At least I'm going to be closer to RFB, Ark, and Damage factory.
Depending on traffic, it's only about 15 minutes from Bowers too. Swing by some time. Haven't seen you since the Parker days.
Mom's comin' 'round to put it back the way it ought to be.

Didn't know such a thing existed, I'll have to pass it on to the wife.

No way I'd take my child to a home with guns.

Good choice. I made the same decision to move so the wife could stop working and raise the kids as well. It was the right thing to do, family first. Kids are grown and infused with "our" values since toddlers and have their heads on straight.

    Well done sir!

Thanks for the positive words, I'm excited for the new direction. In fairness, we absolutely love our sitter and her family, and we've become very good friends, that being said, she was cutting us a great deal and finally had to raise the price to stay in the business. We are hoping to pay it forward and cut someone a good price, as any income my wife brings in will just be extra.

Good luck! We were in the same boat 8 years ago...my youngest. Between driving around and both of us working we decided it was cheaper for her to stay at home with the kids. Best decision we ever made and have no regrets.
