I wonder how broad the detachable magazine aspect of that will go. Will it make "featureless* rifles" assault weapons? Hunting rifles that happen to have them? 10/22's?

The bullet button was born out of poorly written legislation so I wonder if it will go the other way this time and classify way more rifles as "assault weapons" than advertised. Only time will tell.

*For those of you who never lived in Cali I'll define a featureless build for you. If you had a fixed stock, no pistol grip, and a muzzle brake you could legally have a detachable magazine on AR's, AK's, etc.
