This. If you have a freezer, it can be the way to go. Watch the weekly specials and you can score some pretty good deals. Just be prepared to repackage as all their products are sized for restaurants. Some of the meat items are frozen, which can hamper your repackaging. I picked up a case of chicken wings (40lb) and had to wait a day and a half until it was thawed enough to bust apart and re-bag.
Watching the weekly deals is only frustrating when you are getting started as they don't seem to offer what you want right then. Once you have done a few purchases, you are already eating off what is in the freezer and realize it is a good thing the deals are a bit sparse because you need to eat through some of what you already have to make room for more.
Like all stores, they sell some stuff on sales to get you in the door and bump up prices on other things you might buy because you were there anyway. Watch your prices.
