    Who were the other two people after he got shot? The ones crying? One looked like they came from the car, but the police just let them mingle about?

    I believe that one of the crying people was the hostage and the other was a co-worker of the hostage.

    Poor outlaw. He was turning his life around before this happened. Now he'll never live up to his full potential. On a side note, the "videographer" started to really annoy me. Silence would have been better.

    It looked like the hostage Walked away to the right, behind the building. Then the guy came from/near the car, he was the one that was mad and hitting the other car. Then a woman came from the far left to hug that guy.
